LEADERSHIP

ALI BALALA

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

With over a decade of dedicated service to the parent group, Ali began his career as a Commercial Officer in the logistics division. He quickly distinguished himself through his expertise and leadership, steadily rising to his current position as Executive Director. Over the years, Ali has gained extensive knowledge in logistics, trading, shipping, and the distribution of high-volume products. Ali’s hands-on experience, expertise and visionary leadership continue to be instrumental in navigating the industry’s complexities while positioning the company for future success.

JAMES NGATIA

CHIEF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

James has been with the company since 2012. A Seasoned manager with proven track record in overseeing finance departments for companies across diverse industries. Has in the past served in senior finance management positions in other regional and multinational oil companies among them Chevron (former Caltex) on different assignments in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa and in California. He is a CPAK and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

ABDUL AZIZ NOOR

SUPPLY AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Abdul Aziz is a skilled Supply and Operations Manager with over 14 years experience in the Oil & Energy industry having previously worked at Hass Petroleum Ltd. His expertise spans across Supply Chain Optimization, Marketing Strategy, Sales Management and Supply Chain Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management.

KHADEEJAH BADAWY AL-HUSSEINY

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Khadeejah holds a degree in Business Administration focusing on Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University. She has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas commodities sector. She previously served as the Trade Support Manager at Glencore UK Ltd. With extensive global experience, she has worked in trading hubs such as Dubai, Zug, and London, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the global oil and gas commodities market

GEORGE WAITHAKA

HEAD OF SPECIALITY PRODUCTS

George is a holder of a Bachelor of commerce degree and a member of the Institute for the management Systems of UK. He has extensive experience in accounting, finance, tax policy and practice, data analysis, reporting, and commercial operations.

EMILIAS SAMBU

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Emilias is an experienced commercial manager with over 17 years of experience across various market segments. He has a bachelor’s degree in production & mechanical engineering. He has worked for various companies, including Proto Energy Limited, Gulf energy Limited & ExxonMobil handling different business lines including Lubricants, Chemicals & Specialties, Retail, Business Development as well as Commercial & Industrial segments.

ONESMUS KURIA

TERMINAL MANAGER

Onesmus is a holder of Masters of Operations Management with over 15 years work experience Both local and Regional. He has held various roles including Depot Manager – Total Energies PLC, Group Head – Depots Bata Kenya PLC , Project Manager – Kivu Petrol et Stokage -Congo, among others. He has wide Experience in Terminal operations, Finance and commercial.
